Agreement to Terms
By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
BluePrime Duncanville Pool Service provides pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and related services to residential customers in Duncanville, TX and surrounding areas. These terms apply to all services we provide.
Services Provided
We offer various pool care services including weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, equipment repairs, filter maintenance, tile cleaning, and seasonal pool services. The specific services you receive will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any service agreement if we determine that the work requested is unsafe, illegal, or beyond our scope of expertise. We will provide reasonable notice if we need to cancel scheduled services.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change with notice. For recurring services like weekly cleaning, we will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increases. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in suspension of services. If your account is more than 30 days past due, we reserve the right to charge a late fee and discontinue service until your account is current.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We will do our best to arrive during your scheduled service window. Weather conditions, equipment failures, or emergencies may occasionally require us to reschedule. We will contact you as soon as possible if we need to change your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For recurring services, you may pause or cancel your service by providing 14 days written notice.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, dogs are secured, and any hazards are clearly marked. If we cannot safely access your pool, we may need to reschedule at your expense.
We will take reasonable care to protect your property while performing services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by factors outside our control such as severe weather or equipment malfunction unrelated to our work.
Liability and Insurance
BluePrime Duncanville Pool Service carries liability insurance to protect both our business and our customers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to maintain homeowner's insurance covering your pool and property. We recommend you notify your insurance provider that you use a professional pool service. Any claims related to our services should be reported to us within 7 days of discovery.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and will address any issues related to our services promptly and professionally. If you are not satisfied with a service we provided, contact us within 48 hours and we will work to make it right at no additional charge.
We do not warranty equipment, parts, or chemicals manufactured by third parties. Manufacturer warranties apply to those items. We will help facilitate warranty claims when applicable but are not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranty fulfillment.
Chemicals and Equipment
We use professional-grade pool chemicals and equipment appropriate for your pool type and condition. Unless otherwise specified, the cost of chemicals is included in our service fees. We will notify you if additional chemicals or supplies are needed beyond normal service.
If you choose to supply your own chemicals or equipment, we cannot guarantee results and may decline to use products we deem unsafe or ineffective. We are not liable for issues arising from customer-supplied materials.
Communication and Notices
We will communicate with you via phone, email, or text message as you prefer. You agree to keep your contact information current and to respond to important communications within a reasonable time frame.

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve it informally. Most issues can be resolved through open communication. If we cannot reach a resolution, you agree to first attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Dallas County, Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial for disputes related to these terms or our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify active customers of significant changes via email or written notice. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
